We offer two sittings to accommodate our guests:
- First Sitting: 6:00pm, 6:15pm, 6:30pm
- Second Sitting: 8:30pm, 8:45pm, 9:00pm

- Starter: Cultured Sour Dough with Whipped Butter
- Soup: Leek and Potato Velouté with Sour Cream, Confit Leeks, and Black Pepper
- Fish: Hand-Dived Orkney Scallop cooked in the shell with Potted Shrimp Butter
- Main Course: Slow-Cooked Daube of Beef served with Braised Carrot, Shallot & Bone Marrow Crumb, and Pomme Anna
- Dessert: Mount Millionaires Chocolate Tart accompanied by Vanilla Ice Cream
